To ensure clarity for every reservation, the following cancellation and refund conditions apply to all stays at Villa Magali.

Flexible period

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

After confirmation window

Any cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival is non-refundable and the full stay remains due.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival Cancellation requests received at least 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Non-refundable within 30 days of arrival Once the stay falls within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
No-show or early departure In the event of a no-show or an early departure, the total amount of the stay remains due and no refund will be provided.
Written cancellation request required All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email using the email address associated with the reservation.
Refund processing If a refund applies, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Travel insurance recommended We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, transport disruption, or flight cancellation.

Reservation confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.
Use of the property The villa must be used only for residential holiday purposes and only by the number of guests stated in the reservation.
Registered guests only Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight at the property unless prior written approval has been given.

Guest responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, equipment, or keys during their stay.
Personal belongings Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings throughout the stay. Villa Magali cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or forgotten items.
Respect for the property Guests agree to leave the villa in a clean and orderly condition and to respect the home, neighborhood, and surroundings.

Written communication Any special request, modification, or cancellation must be communicated in writing by email using the address associated with the reservation.
Compliance with house rules Guests agree to comply with the house rules provided before and during the stay. Failure to do so may result in the stay being terminated without refund.
Force majeure Villa Magali cannot be held responsible for events beyond reasonable control, including transport disruption, severe weather, public authority restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
